The stay here was good for our 3 weeks vacation. The location offered was great and perfect really close to bus station and hot springs. It also was away from the main square.

Didn't like the staff, some of them were not that friendly.

I had such a great stay at Fenix Hotel Machupicchu, just like I always do! the entire place was clean, and the views were excellent. It has a marvelous location next to the Anka restaurant. the food was amazing, with delicious options including fresh fruit, eggs, and meats. the staff were very pleasant and provided helpful recommendations.

Tastefully decorated and huge room plus with 3 beds. Convenient location next to the bar/restaurant and bus station and the market and the bus stop to take the bus to Machu Picchu, next to Machu Picchu Hot Spring. Also, in a great neighborhood.

We had an amazing stay during our three-week vacation, the location was perfect, just a short walk from a bus stop.

This hotel is conveniently located next to the river, between the train station and hot springs in Aguas Calientes. It is close enough to walk to the bus station, making it easy to reach Machu Picchu. The rooms are spacious and the breakfast is amazing, offering a variety of options. The staff provides excellent service, going above and beyond to assist guests. Additionally, the hotel offers a rooftop area with a mountain view.

The shower in the bathroom can be improved, as some guests mentioned issues with water spilling onto the floors.

We stayed at the Waman hotel for 2 nights after hiking the Incan Trail. The staff were incredibly helpful, meeting us at the train station and even waiting with our luggage on our return trip. They switched our dates without any issues and made our stay more enjoyable. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was great. The hotel is conveniently located, just a short walk from the bus stop and central restaurants. Highly recommended!!
